2. CREATE AND PUBLISH WISHLISTS TO YOUR CUSTOMERS

SCA wishlist feature allows merchants to create wishlists and publish them on customer’s My Account section. As shoppers go to their My Account pages, they will see the default created wishlists that you created for them. You can use this to welcome shoppers with discounted items (tied with promotions), or simply suggest features you think they might like (e.g., “Just For You” wishlist).

This can help you anticipate future demand of these products making sure you don’t run out of stock on high demand season. Also, getting a full picture of your most popular products allow you to market these products better on your website, email and social campaigns.

4. SEND AUTOMATED REMINDERS

Persuade shoppers to complete a purchase by sending follow-up emails after they add a product to a wishlist. Reminders can help bring back attention to those products they were attracted to in the first place and give you the chance to present juicy promotions to help conversion.

5. PIN IT!

For B2C retailers offering product the likes of the pinterest kind, it’s a smart idea to add a “Pin It” button next to each product under the saved wishlist. Help your shoppers share what they love making it easy for them to add them to Pinterest. This could also apply for other social media websites.
